    1.现代先进透射电子显微学技术在材料研究中的应用。在原子尺度实现对材料的显微结构、电子结构、化学成分的静态和动态系统研究;研究外场(温度场、应力场、电场、特殊气氛等)刺激下材料的动态响应行为;通过对材料宏、微观结构与性能的解析,理解材料的构效关系机理和新奇物性的物理本质; 2.新型功能材料的设计、制备及结构和性能研究。新型氧化物薄膜及异质结的外延生长与调控;低维材料中的磁电性质与畴结构;固体功能材料磁电热性能调控、多场耦合行为及机理;表面与界面精细结构的设计、表征与新奇物性研究;探索低功耗、高性能、微型
